1. The scalp

Crack one large egg in a bowl and whisk it lightly
Mix in a tablespoon of honey and two tablespoons of yoghurt
Apply to your wet hair and let it sit in the hair for 30 minutes
Wash your hair thoroughly to remove the mask
5. Eat vitamins
Essential vitamins help the hair to stay thick, healthy and glossy. When you do not take enough vitamins, your hair can become thin and dull. Make sure you are taking enough vitamins A and C

6. Wash your hair
Experts recommend careful wash of the hair as dirt and germs can hinder your hair growth. You can shampoo your hair when it is dirty. Do not wash your hair everyday because it will reduce the natural oils that your scalp produces

7. Avoid excessive heat
If possible, do not use heat at all on your hair. Air dry your hair after washing. It is safer. When you apply heat to your hair, it weakens it and makes it thin. Do not expose your hair to excessive heat
