How to Grow Healthy Hair Faster

A healthy hair looks absolutely good and amazing but it requires healthy hair habits and practice. With consistency, you will get better results in weeks. You will learn to grow your hair faster and naturally with these tips;

1. The scalp

Massage is of immense benefit to the body because it increases blood flow to the body. This happens when you massage your scalp, Your blood circulates properly to your hair follicles which stimulates your hair to grow.

Use the tips of your fingers to gently rub through your scalp in a circular motion. Repeat the process as much as possible, you can always massage your scalp when you shower.

2. Oil conditioning

Essential oils can soften your hair and make it grow very strong, Coconut oil and olive oil can help your hair grow healthy and longer.

Follow these steps to condition your hair with oil

  • Sprinkle some water on your hair

  • Pour olive into your hair

  • Massage the oil deep into your scalp for about 2 to 3 minutes

  • Run your fingers through your hair from the root to the ends and make sure the oil touches every part of your hair

  • Cover your hair in a shower cap

  • Then wash your hair thoroughly after an hour

3. Use essential oils

Essential oils stimulate your hair growth. Coconut oil, peppermint oil, tea tree oil and lemon oil can treat your scalp nicely and help your hair grow longer and healthy

4. Use hair mask

A hair mask restores your hair and prevents it from going thin. You can make a hair mask at home with these tips;

  • Crack one large egg in a bowl and whisk it lightly

  • Mix in a tablespoon of honey and two tablespoons of yoghurt

  • Apply to your wet hair and let it sit in the hair for 30 minutes

  • Wash your hair thoroughly to remove the mask

5. Eat vitamins

Essential vitamins help the hair to stay thick, healthy and glossy. When you do not take enough vitamins, your hair can become thin and dull. Make sure you are taking enough vitamins A and C

Eat rich foods that are high in these vitamins for effective results

6. Wash your hair

Experts recommend careful wash of the hair as dirt and germs can hinder your hair growth. You can shampoo your hair when it is dirty. Do not wash your hair everyday because it will reduce the natural oils that your scalp produces

Wash or shampoo your hair once or twice a week.

7. Avoid excessive heat

If possible, do not use heat at all on your hair. Air dry your hair after washing. It is safer. When you apply heat to your hair, it weakens it and makes it thin. Do not expose your hair to excessive heat
